Zuo Xiaofei
Zuo Xiaofei, born in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province in 1981, is a senior engineer with a master's degree in psychology and a master's degree in power engineering, and a doctorate in business administration from Colorado City University. He is currently the chairman of Huatuo Zhijia (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd. as well as the Chief Expert of the Sino-German Institute of Smart Manufacturing and Innovation. At the same time, he is an expert in the IT industry, an expert in smart manufacturing in the automotive field and an expert in the industrial Internet, and has participated in the formulation of a number of national standards.
Dr. Zuo Xiaofei has been engaged in the research of Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and CNC machine tool control system for many years. He has improved the in-depth integration of smart manufacturing IT and OT technology, established the key system of intelligent logistics, conducted practice and verification in the production process of new energy vehicles, won the national award, and participated in the realization and implementation of the new energy vehicle GICar project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Dr. Zuo Xiaofei has developed industrial robot control systems in the field of industrial robots, integrated 4G and 5G communication and data collection, achieved closed-loop analysis of industrial process big data platforms in the field of auto parts and valves, and motivated end customers through deep learning. His original "shared robot" model has been applied in more than 3,000 machining enterprises, and the Huatuo Zhijia robot brand that he founded has completed production of 20,000 robots, which ranks first in the local robot market.
In 2013, Dr. Zuo Xiaofei developed a five-axis linkage control system for machine tools and milling machines in the direction of CNC machine tools. Currently, he has conducted in-depth research and development in the field of eight-axis linkage and has made corresponding achievements. In the field of spring machine control system, he has achieved domestic original innovation, which fills in the gap in this field. The current machine tool control system in all fields has been industrialized and popularized in the market for more than 10 years.
Dr. Zuo Xiaofei has been committed to the construction of enterprise informatization and the implementation of the concept of combining computer technology and enterprise management, and has strived to establish a digital factory, a smart factory, and a lean production system. He has held senior leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies at home and abroad, and has considerable experience in corporate management. He has outstanding performance in construction of a group-type information framework, joint production, and lean logistics management.
