Zhou Kai

Zhou Kai is currently a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and PhD at Nanjing University. He is an expert with Special Government Allowance from the State Council, chief scientist of National Key Research and Development Program of China, chief expert for Major Projects on Philosophy and Social Sciences of The Ministry of Education, special fellow at the People's Government Advisory Council of Jiangsu Province, chief expert in Science and Technology communication in Jiangsu Province, main speaker on China Central Radio and Television (CCTV)'s TV program " Lecture Room", member of the Party Leadership of People's Government of Qufu City, deputy mayor of Shandong Province(temporary). He is also a director of Creative Industry Research Center of Nanjing University, leading professor of Nanjing University's Institute of Urban Planning and Design, director of the Nanda Angao Cultural Science and Technology Research Institute, honorary dean of Tencent Penguin (Jiangsu) New Media Academy, deputy director of the China Market Research Center of Renmin University of China, director of Shandong Qufu Cultural Innovation and Creation Research Institute, director of the Emerging Industries and Financial Technology Center of Shenzhen Research Institute of Nanjing University, chairman of the Jiangsu Yuanjian New Business Strategy Research Institute, vice chairman of the Jiangsu Province Characteristic Town Development Research Association, and senior researcher of Jiangsu Zijin Media Think Tank.

He was previously served as the director of the Department of Radio, Television and New Media of Nanjing University, a part-time host of Jiangsu TV Station and Nanjing TV Station, deputy director of Jiangsu Radio and Television Group, vice president of Jiangsu Provincial Network TV Station. Additionally, he was a guest commentator for various TV programs such as China Education Television, Shanghai Radio and Television Station's "First Financial Review", and Jiangsu Province Radio and Television Station's "Evening Banquet", "Connected World", and "News Review". He was twice awarded as the most influential independent director for listed companies in China.

Other positions include being a Certified Public Accountant of the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, a part-time/guest professor of multiple universities in China, an EMBA and MBA mentor for "Zhenghe Island" entrepreneurs, as well as various local government advisors and board directors for both public and private enterprises.
