Zhang Xiaoshuan

Zhang Xiaoshuan, male, born in 1978, professor and doctoral supervisor. Director of the Food Cold Chain Logistics Special Committee of the Beijing Food Association. He graduated from China Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in 1998 and China Agricultural University with a doctor's degree in 2003. Mainly engaged in food quality and safety traceability, intelligent logistics (cold chain logistics and live transportation) and industrial engineering, LOT technology and applications. I have presided over and undertaken over 80 national, provincial, and ministerial level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program, the National Science and Technology Support, the European Union Horizon 2020, and international scientific and technological cooperation between governments of the Ministry of Science and Technology. I have published over 200 academic papers both domestically and internationally, including over 100 papers indexed by SCI/EI. As the first author, I have obtained over 30 national invention patents. Received 4 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards. Selected as Beijing Science and Technology New Star (2008), Beijing Excellent Talent (2009), Ministry of Education New Century Excellent Talent (2011), and ELservie China High Cited Scholar (2020，2021，2022).
