Ying Fuzhong

Ying Fuzhong, male, currently serves as the chairman of Nanjing Hongkong Technology Co., Ltd. I hold the title of senior engineer in electronic system engineering (technical level-5), and is a registered engineer in automatic system. Throughout my career, I have been honored with titles of "Institute level Young Vanguard", "Institute Level Exemplary Staff", "Institute level Outstanding Communist Party Member", and "Nanjing Municipal Excellent Examination-taker". I possess the system reliability design qualification certificate of Jiangsu Province National Defense Industry Office. My past roles include being a member of Nanjing municipal expert panel and a member of Jiangsu Provincial Evaluation Expert Panel of Science and Technology Project. I have published three professional academic papers, including Exploration of the Application of RS-232 Standard, published in the journal Command and Control in 1983; Early Warning Aircraft Navigation and Positioning System, featured in the Modern Electronic Engineering magazine in 1990; On the Integration of Intelligent Building System, published in Modern Electronic Engineering in 2001, and received the Excellent Paper Award by Jiangsu Society of System Engineering. I have made notable contributions at academic annual conferences. My paper Research on Detection and Monitoring Technology of Data Communication System won an award at the 2^nd academic annual conference of the research institute in 1986; Research on Standardization of C3I Interconnection System gained recognition at the 3^rd academic annual conference of the research institute in 1987; Difficulties and Research Directions of Data Processing System of Early Warning Aircraft won an award at the 7^th academic annual conference of the research institute in 1991.
