Professor Xu Rui is committed to academic research in the field of life sciences, and has made outstanding contributions to precision medicine, health science popularization, and general health. He has built a downstream and upstream industry chain system for mass spectrometry technology in precision testing, and creatively developed an integrated platform for production, learning, research, and application in the field of mass spectrometry. He has also obtained multiple invention patents in the field of mass spectrometry precision testing, and delivered keynote speeches at various mass spectrometry testing conferences. The magnetic bead mass spectrometry technology has been highly praised by experts from all fields.He approaches scientific research with rigorous academic methods, emphasizing original innovation. He advocates quality as life, clinical centrality, and research as the primary task, aiming to support precise clinical medical diagnosis and disease research. He has presented his academic views at various large-scale conferences. He founded the Clinical Mass Spectrometry Research Center of Beijing MassBIO Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and serves as its director. Dedicated to life sciences, clinical diagnostic testing technology development, research in the field of general health, and the popularization of precision medicine, he holds a leading position in the research and development of mass spectrometry in areas such as small molecule hormone detection, vitamins, drug monitoring, proteomics, and metabolomics.The mass spectrometry research and development team led by scientist Xu Rui pioneered the magnetic bead-based mass spectrometry sample pretreatment technique, which brought disruptive and revolutionary breakthroughs to the automation process of LC-MS/MS technology. Leveraging this technology, the Xu Rui team has developed over a hundred varieties of mass spectrometry kits and sample pretreatment systems, and is on the cusp of completing the development of fully automated clinical mass spectrometry detection equipment. In the near future, the team aims to promote and popularize these products in both domestic and international medical markets, thus contributing to precision medicine and serving human health with excellent products.

Current Positions Held: Member of the Biomedical Research Group, China Public Economy Research Association; Chairman of the Health Research Branch, Beijing United Front Think Tank; Deputy Secretary-General of the China Association for Birth Health and Child Development; Executive Director and Secretary-General of the Precision Testing Work Committee, China Association for Birth Health and Child Development; Deputy Director of the "Precision Medical Health Popular Science" Project Office, National Health Commission Population Culture Development Center; Council Member of the China Business Association Collaborative Innovation Platform; Council Member of the China Food and Drug Quality and Safety Promotion Association; Council Member of the Beijing Health Culture Promotion Association, etc.

The Xu Rui team will rely on the association's resource platform to propose the work direction of promoting unified experts, unified academics, unified standards, unified science popularization, unified industry, and unified training, known as the "six unifyings," as well as the "six platforms," to comprehensively establish an integrated industry platform for production, education, research, and application. He has been awarded the title of "One of the Top Ten Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in Beijing" and the fifth "Outstanding Private Business Owner in Beijing".
