Wu Cheng, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Suzhou University, Director of Suzhou Municipal Key Laboratory, First President of the Gusu District Association for Returned Students, First Committee Member of the Smart Transportation Information Engineering Branch, Second Committee Member of the Internet of Things Committee of the Chinese Society of Communications, and "Vice President of Science and Technology" of Suzhou Intelligent Transportation Information Technology Co., Ltd. Dr. Wu Cheng has been awarded multiple honorary titles such as " Leading Talent in Wujiang Science and Technology", " Leading Talent in Suzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship", " High level Talent Introduction in Suzhou", "Wuhan Optics Valley Talent", "Top Six Talent Summits Introduction Talents in Jiangsu Province", "333 Talent in Jiangsu Province", and " Double Innovation Talent in Jiangsu Province", He is the director of two municipal level laboratories, the " Key Laboratory of Suzhou Rail Transit Key Technology" and the " Key Laboratory of Suzhou Rail Transit Video Big Data Cloud Platform" . He is a visiting scholar of universities and research institutions in European countries such as Portugal, Hungary, and Italy. He has been invited to participate in the Media Laboratory of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Intelligent Agent Laboratory of Tufts University,the International Conference on Intelligent Agents and Multi Agents, and the IEEE International Conference Five forward-looking research reports were presented at the HP Global Technology Conference. I have successively led 5 national level scientific research projects, 2 key industrial technology innovation projects in Suzhou, and nearly 20 horizontal projects. Published nearly 100 papers (including over 30 papers in JSR Q1) in international journals such as IEEE Network, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and artificial intelligence conferences such as AAAI and IJCAI, and authorized nearly 20 invention patents. Wu Cheng has engaged in research and teaching related to multi-agent systems in the United States and Canada, and has participated in projects funded by the US Science Foundation. During his tenure as a research scientist at HP in the United States, he managed the largest international team of 76 people and was awarded honors such as outstanding leadership.
