Wang Sheng
Wang Sheng, male, born in 1973, doctor, doctoral supervisor of Southeast University, director of the National Energy Group Institute of Science and Technology, deputy director of the National Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Physical Simulation and Pollution Control for Environmental Protection, and researcher level senior engineer. Received the 2018 Scientific Chinese Person of the Year Award, the 2021 China Electric Power Excellent Science and Technology Worker Award, the 2019 China Industry University Research Cooperation Innovation Award, and experts from expert databases such as the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Long term commitment to scientific research on power environmental protection, mainly focusing on power environmental protection policies, air pollution control in the power industry, energy conservation and emission reduction in power, and environmental impact assessment in power planning. The research results have a highly guiding role in policy guidance and technological development within the industry.
The research achievements have won 5 first prizes, 7 second prizes, and more than 10 third prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels for scientific and technological progress, 3 first prizes at the central enterprise level for scientific and technological progress, 1 excellent science popularization work award, 31 authorized patents, including 3 invention patents, 7 participation in the preparation of national and industry standards, and 285 papers and 12 works published in important domestic and foreign journals.
