Wenbang
Tang Wenbang, male, born in 1974, holds a doctor's degree and a professor's degree. He is currently the director of the Hybrid rice Research Center in Hunan Province, the director of the National Saline tolerant Rice Technology Innovation Center, a member of the Crop Science Discipline Review Group of the State Council, and a member of the National Hundred Thousand Talents Project, enjoying the special allowance of the State Council. He has been awarded the titles of young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions to the country, exemplary individual in national food production, etc.
Tang Wenbang has been committed to the research of Hybrid rice since 1994, and has made outstanding contributions to the theoretical innovation of two-line hybrid rice, hybrid rice variety cultivation, seed production technology, etc. Eleven rice sterile lines and 62 hybrid rice varieties have been bred and approved, with a total promotion of nearly 300 million mu. It has won one second prize of the National Technological Invention Award, one first prize of Hunan Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Award, one first prize of the Ministry of Education for Technological Invention, one first prize of the Dabei Agricultural Science and Technology Award for Plant Breeding, one first prize of Hunan Provincial Technological Invention Award, two second prizes of Hunan Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Award, the 12th Yuan Longping Science and Technology Award, etc.
唐文帮，男，1974年出生，博士，教授，现任湖南杂交水稻研究中心主任，国家耐盐碱水稻技术创新中心主任，国务院作物学学科评议组委员，国家百千万人才工程，享受国家国务院特殊津贴。先后被授予国家有突出贡献的中青年专家、全国粮食生产先进个人等称号。
唐文帮从1994年起一直致力于杂交水稻研究，在两系法杂交稻理论创新、杂交稻品种培育、种子生产技术等方面做出了突出贡献。育成11个水稻不育系、62个杂交稻品种通过审定，累计推广近3亿亩。获国家技术发明二等奖1项、湖南省科技进步一等奖1项、教育部技术发明一等奖1项、大北农科技奖植物育种一等奖1项、湖南省技术发明一等奖1项、湖南省科技进步二等奖2项、第十二届袁隆平科技奖等。
