Shouqian Sun

Prof.Shouqian Sun，is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Zhejiang University, a member of the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council for Design, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Design in Colleges and Universities under the Ministry of Education, and the vice president and secretary general of the China Innovation Design Industry Strategic Alliance. I’m currently the director of the Zhejiang Design Intelligence and Digital Creativity Research Key Laboratory, the director of the Degree Committee of the Design Discipline of Zhejiang University, and the director of the Future Design Laboratory of Zhejiang University.

As one of the explorers, pioneers and leaders in the field of innovation design in China, I undertake the research of major consulting projects on innovation design for the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Through the research and development of innovation design knowledge service system, the establishment of China Innovation Design Industry Strategic Alliance, bringing together experts from more than 20 industries, 300 enterprises, 800 colleges and universities and research institutes, I have created a new infrastructure for innovation design knowledge service, and promoted the in-depth fusion of China's innovation design talent chain, education chain, innovation chain and industrial chain. The relevant work has been approved by the leaders of the CPC Central Committee and reported by CCTV, People's Daily Online, China News Agency and other media.

The specific work and achievements are as follows: (1) Explorer of innovation design theory research. As a key member, I undertook the major consulting project "Research on Development Strategy of Innovation Design" of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and published the "Comprehensive Report on Strategic Research of Innovation Design", and the proposal of vigorously developing innovation design was approved by the leaders of the CPC Central Committee and included in the national strategy; I undertook the "Research on Competitiveness of Design", "Competitiveness of Innovation", "Competitiveness of Design", and "Innovation Design". It has undertaken consulting projects of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, such as "Research on Design Competitiveness", "Research on Basic Support System for 10 Years of Innovative Design", and "Made in China for the Belt and Road", which have laid a solid foundation for the theoretical research of innovative design in China. I have laid a solid foundation for China's innovation design theoretical research, and was awarded the Golden Medal of China Design Contribution Award of Guanghua Dragon Award, "70 People of Chinese Design for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China". (2) Pioneer of the development of innovation design technology. Innovation design of multi-source data agglomeration mechanism, resource endogenous mechanism based on case deconstruction, rapid design reasoning method and multi-granularity, refined knowledge service system are proposed. It emphasizes that new scenarios and new industries in the era of digital economy are new driving forces for the development of design disciplines, and promotes the research and expansion of innovative design technologies from intelligent manufacturing, digital cultural tourism, and future rural scenarios. The relevant work has been applied in the key areas of the national "13th Five-Year Plan", national key projects, and the "Chang 'e 5" program, and has won the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the provincial and ministerial Science and Technology Progress Awards and the National Science and Technology Progress Award. (3) Innovation design leader in the integration of education and practice. Served as a member of the discipline evaluation group of the Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council for several times, and participated in the national design discipline planning and standard formulation; Launched the establishment of China Innovation Design Industry Strategic alliance, digital creative content innovation and other industrial alliances, industry alliances and digital creative intelligent technology and equipment Zhejiang Engineering Research Center and other platforms, effectively promoted the development of innovation design and digital creative industry in Zhejiang Province and even the whole country; Establish the Future Design Laboratory of Zhejiang University, build China's innovation design data cluster and digital intelligence platform, and help the ecological green integration of the Yangtze River Delta; He is one of the sponsors of the Good Design Award (National Award Office Record Award (No. 0283)) and the China Innovation Design Conference, leading China's innovation design education and talent training, and making important contributions to the integration of innovation design industry and education.
