Quan Ruixian

Quan Ruixian, doctor of business administration, researcher and founder of new seismological theory, academician of World Academy of Productivity Sciences. She is the director of the Earth Operation Law and System Science Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Management Science, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Scientists Forum, and the senior researcher of the Institute of Industry Development of the Chinese Academy of Management Science. Now he is the chairman of Shenzhen Huarui Health Ecological Technology Co., Ltd.

Quan Ruixian earthquake theory is a theory and method based on the exploration of earthquake law and earthquake prediction. It is suggested that "plate movement" is not the cause of earthquake, but an external manifestation of earthquake.
