Qichong Tian
Dr. Qichong Tian is a technical expert in image algorithms at the RD Center of TCL Electronics, China. Before that, he was a senior researcher at Shenzhen Yasheng Technology and a doctoral research assistant at the Center for Research in Decision Mathematics, the French National Center for Scientific Research. He received the Ph.D. Degree in Applied Mathematics from Université Paris-Dauphine, PSL Research University, Paris, France. He has more than fifteen years of research and development experience in image processing and computer vision. He published over twenty scientific papers, and written more than twenty technical patents. He served as a Technical Working Group Member of the International 8K Association, Multimedia Technology Committee Member of the China Computer Federation, Smart Medical and Big Health Professional Committee Member of Guangxi Artificial Intelligence Society. He also served as a Technical Program Committee Member of many international academic conferences. He served as a reviewer for more than ten international SCI journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, IEEE MultiMedia, Signal Processing, Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation, Image and Vision Computing, International Journal of Optics. His research interest includes image enhancement, color correction, image quality assessment, and other image quality improvement algorithms.
Dr. Tian is a member of European Academy of Natural Sciences.
