Qiang Gao
Dr. Qiang Gao, State Specially Recruited Experts, Ph.D. in Computer Communication Software Engineering from the University of Montreal, Canada in 1996, and visiting professor of Beijing Jiaotong University and Gannan Medical University, served as the co-chairman of FORTE/PSTV International Conference in 1999, participated in the formulation of a number of international Bluetooth standards, and participated in the application of dozens of various scientific and technological projects, including national scientific research projects and provincial scientific research projects of National Science and Technology Pillar Program, National Key Research and Development Program, National Engineering Research Center of National Development and Reform Commission, etc. Led by Dr. Qiang Gao, the company has applied for 119 patents, and developed the Bluetooth PC software BlueSoleil which has been sold in 145 countries with a total installed base of more than 100 million copies, as well as BianQue first aid and emergency medical rescue system.
IVT Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., LTD., founded by Dr. Qiang Gao and formerly known as IVT Software Technology (Beijing) Co., LTD, is a world-class provider of Bluetooth software and emergency medical rescue system with its own intellectual property rights. It is a senior member of the Bluetooth SIG and the first company in China to participate in the formulation of the Bluetooth core protocol standards and make outstanding contributions, and has been praised by Bluetooth SIG along with Intel and IBM.
Since March 2011, Dr. Qiang Gao has led the company to assist the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command to establish the first standardized Chest Pain Center in China. By December 2023, the company has cooperated with more than 200 grade A tertiary hospitals throughout China to establish chest pain centers, stroke centers, trauma centers, high-risk maternity centers, critical neonatal treatment centers, emergency systems and emergency first aid platforms. These hospitals have treated a total of 3 million patients with the application of BianQue first aid and emergency medical rescue system.
