Pei Liang, male, professor of Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography in Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, deputy director of Precision Irrigation Branch of Green Agriculture Center in Chinese Academy of Sciences, distinguished professor and graduate supervisor of Hubei University of Automotive Industry. The recipient of honorary titles such as ScienceFather Best Researcher, China Invention and Entrepreneurship Figure Award, China Invention and Entrepreneurship Innovation First Prize, International Society's Best Paper Award, International Forum's Excellent Paper Award, Xinjiang Tianchi Talent Plan, China Water Conservancy Youth Talent Plan, Shaanxi Excellent Doctoral Dissertation, Shaanxi Province Excellent Doctoral Dissertation, and China Water Conservancy Dayu Science and Technology Progress Award. Annual Man of the Ministry of Education's "China Graduate Student" and the Ministry of Science and Technology's "China Science and Technology Achievements". Previously He has served as Assistant Director of the Planning and Construction Bureau of Yangling Demonstration Zone, Senior Director of the School Science and Technology Department, Secretary of the School Youth League Committee, Deputy Director of the Center, and Deputy Secretary General of the International Membrane Society.
