Liu Jincai

Jincai Liu, Chief physician, and senior psychoanalyst, is currently serving as President of Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated with Guangzhou International Economic College. He also holds a number of honorary titles and social positions, including President of the Sub-Health Prevention and Treatment Branch of China Anti-Aging Promotion Association, Standing Committee member of the Geriatrics and Traumatology Branch of China Geriatrics Society, professional technical training tutor for Traditional Chinese Medicine, Standing Committee member of the Bone Tumor Branch of Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Society, Director of Guangdong “Ju Xiang Zhai” Traditional Chinese Medicine R&D Center, Standing Committee member of the Orthopedics Repair and Reconstruction Committee of Guangdong Primary Medical Society, Standing Committee member of the Non-Governmental Medical Care Branch of Guangdong Health Economics Association, Executive Director of the General Medicine and Health Management Committee of China Health Information and Health Care Big Data Society, member of the Fascia Rehabilitation Committee of Guangdong Physical Health Management Society, and Vice President of the Medical Experts Committee of Ordos International Chamber of Commerce.

Liu had worked at Guangdong Electric Power Hospital (a secondary first-class hospital), engaging in clinical practice, teaching, scientific research, and management. During the 15 years of his employment there, Liu had served as Director of Surgery and Dean of Operations, adept in the diagnosis and treatment of common orthopedic diseases and achieving good therapeutic effects in treating various chronic diseases through the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, particularly in the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, gout, pains and andrological disease, etc.. Later focusing on medical education and research, he founded Guangzhou Rehabilitation Medical College and served as its Dean, training over ten thousand medical professionals. He has published 15 papers and scholarly works on clinical practice and medical education, served as an editorial committee member of the book "Five Elements Nourishment and Precision Disease Prevention," and has received the first prize for his research from Henan Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, in addition to 11 other honors and awards for scientific and technological advancement.
