Liang Shuguang
Prof. Liang Shuguang, senior engineer,is currently the Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group Co., Ltd., and the Council Member of the China Construction Industry Association.
Since joining work in July 1993, he has been engaged in the construction industry, accumulating rich practical experience and professional knowledge.
