Huang Yong
Huang Yong, a male born in April 1970, currently serves as the chairman of Guizhou Guangjitang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. His career has included positions at Nanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Tongrentang Hongze Chinese Herbal Medicine Co., Ltd. In 2014, he founded Guizhou Guangjitang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, followed by the establishment of Guizhou Guangjitang Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd in 2016. He is dedicated to advancing the Chinese medicine health industry.
Under his leadership, the team has successfully developed and industrially produced a range of major health products that possess independent intellectual property rights. These products include directly ingestible Chinese medicine decoction pieces, various health foods, and more, all of which have yielded substantial economic benefits. The company's Chinese medicine broken-wall decoction pieces were awarded the gold medal at the "2016 China-Australia New Zealand Health Products International Expo." In 2017, their "Innovation and Application of Ultrafine Grinding Technology in the Processing of New Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces" project received the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement Award. Additionally, in 2017, the company's product tracking and traceability system earned the "2017 Guiyang Blockchain Development and Application Outstanding Achievement Award." The research and development of deer blood crystal and deer glue have been recognized with the "Scientific Innovation Award" and the "Industrial Innovation Award" from the World Nobel Prize Winner Innovation Center.
The company has been acknowledged as a high-growth enterprise in Guizhou Province's "Transformation of Thousands of Enterprises" project in 2017, named a "Guizhou Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" in 2018, and titled "Guiyang City 2019 Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise." In the same year, it achieved certification for its intellectual property management system. In 2021, Huang Yong led his team to attain the "Guizhou Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" certification and the "National High-tech Enterprise" status. He has been instrumental in applying for and securing 41 national patents, which include 8 invention patents, 13 utility model patents, 7 design patents, and 13 software copyrights. Furthermore, he has published 6 research papers, with 4 in core journals and 1 in an SCI-indexed journal.
