Hong Liu

Hong Liu, male, Ph.D. and senior engineer, is currently the chairman of Sichuan Zhongke Xingye High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. He is a distinguished expert of the Tianfu Emei plan in Sichuan Province, a deputy to the 13th Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, the secretary-general of the Sichuan Tianfu Emei Plan Expert Association, the deputy chairman of the Meishan branch of the Zhi Gong Party directly under the Sichuan Provincial Committee, and a visiting professor of Nanchang Hangkong University. He founded Sichuan Zhongke Xingye High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. in July 2013. He was selected as the "Tianfu Emei plan Entrepreneurial Talent" in Sichuan Province and was awarded the title of "Sichuan Distinguished Expert" in 2014. Further, he has been awarded the honorary title of provincial and ministerial level and above for many times, and has obtained more than 40 patent certificates and published 5 academic papers. Under the leadership of Hong Liu, relying on the strong talent advantage, Zhongke Xingye has made continuous breakthroughs in the process technology of special polymer synthetic materials, and has established and completed 5 R&D test platforms including expert academician workstations. The PPS/PASS independently developed and produced by the company belongs to the national 14th Five-Year Plan products dependent on import, and is a type of key and core material.
