Deng Sanpeng

Deng Sanpeng, Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor at Tianjin University of Technology and Education and Changchun University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Director of the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Equipment at Tianjin University of Technology and Education, and Director of the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Intelligent Robotics Technology and Application. He has been recognized as a participant in the Entrepreneurial Initiation Program for Returned Overseas Chinese Students, Tianjin Distinguished Professorship Program, and Tianjin Special Talent Supporting Program. Deng is further acknowledged as a Tianjin Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent. He completed his Master of Engineering at Tianjin University, earned his Doctor of Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology, and served as a Visiting Scholar at Mie University, Japan. Deng holds various leadership positions, serving as the Vice President and Secretary General of the Tianjin Robotics Society, Vice President of the Tianjin Robotics Industry Association, and Standing Committee Member of the Equipment and Maintenance Engineering Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. Furthermore, he is the Director of the China Association of Mechatronics Application and a member of the Robotics Engineering Committee of the China Association of Mechanical Industry Education and the National Mechanical Engineering Association. Deng also holds positions on the Robotics Engineering Committee of the China Mechanical Industry Education Association, the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of the National Mechanical Vocational Education Teaching Guideline Committee, Chief Advisor of Cobot (ISSN:2752-5813), and Editorial Board member of Equipment Manufacturing Technology. His contributions have been acknowledged with awards such as the Second Prize of Science and Technology Advancement of China Mechanical Industry, Second Prize of Innovative Achievements of Industry-University-Research Cooperation in China, and Third Prize of Science and Technology Advancement Award of Tianjin Municipal Municipality. He has also received the second prize of the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award. Additionally, Deng has overseen more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects, obtained authorizations for over 100 patents, and published more than 200 papers and 16 books.

Research Direction: Special operation robots and their key technology research; robot system integration and application technology research; AI-based intelligent robot operation and maintenance technology research; intelligent manufacturing equipment design and engineering applications; research on robot education equipment and its key technology.
