Deng Lianbing
Doctor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology（HUST, engaged in scientific research, technological innovation and engineering practice in big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc.
As the project leader, he organized the development and successful deployment of China's first electronic seine intelligent system; led the design and construction of China's first artificial intelligence computing center with more than exascale computing power scale, based on the original technology of domestic neuron network artificial intelligence chips; organized and implemented the cross-region multi-dimensional big data public service cloud platform project, which was successfully selected as a "National Big Data Action Plan - Major Engineering Project for Promoting Big Data Development".
He has presided over more than 10 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects; has published more than 50 academic papers and one academic monograph; has obtained more than 300 authorized international and domestic invention patents; led or participated in the formulation of more than 20 international and domestic standards; as the first or only accomplished person, he has won more than 10 awards such as the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award in Guangdong Province, Outstanding Inventor in Guangdong Province, Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award, China Patent Award, etc.
In 2016, he was recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China to attend the EU "Innovative Cities 2016" forum in France and give a keynote speech. In 2018, he was invited by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs to attend the "7th International Forum on Project Management" and gave a 40-minute keynote speech as a forum guest. In 2020, he was selected into the National Major Talents Project and awarded the title of "Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions".
