Chen Yiping
Dr. Chen Yiping has conducted research in the field of power transmission and distribution equipment engineering technology, focusing on the safety control technology and equipment for high-proportion renewable energy distribution networks, flexible regulation equipment and engineering applications for power electronics-based renewable energy distribution networks, key technology research and development for intelligent and highly reliable high and low voltage power switchgear, and cutting-edge research on novel power electronic transformers, achieving a series of accomplishments. With over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, Dr. Chen Yiping has always adhered to continuous innovation, promoting the mutual advancement of basic electrical technology research, applied technology research, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. While mastering core technologies, he has achieved good economic, social, and ecological benefits.
Dr. Chen Yiping is a member of the 13th Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and has been selected as the leader of the "Grassland Talents" innovation and entrepreneurship talent team by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government and the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent" by the Hohhot government. Dr. Chen Yiping has deeply practiced in the technology, product, and industrial value chain, making outstanding contributions to the industry. In terms of technology, he has conducted research and development in distributed renewable energy safe grid connection, flexible control of power flow and voltage in highproportion renewable energy distribution networks, novel power quality regulation and protection equipment, and flexible regulation of power electronics-based renewable energy distribution networks, laying the foundation for the industrialization of safety control technology and equipment for high-proportion renewable energy distribution networks. In terms of products, he has effectively solved the industry problem of transformer oil leakage through modular manufacturing and tank coating technology; resolved the contradiction between heat dissipation and protection level requirements in dusty environments through new materials, structural design, and pneumatic differential technology; and developed the "Intelligent Endurance Cloud Connection" smart distribution network system and power quality management system, addressing the comprehensive issue of providing high-quality electricity through intelligence. In terms of industry, Dr. Chen Yiping has conducted strategic layouts with a forward-looking perspective, promoting the development of the new power equipment industry through the commercialization of high-tech products.
