Biying Huang is the chairman and chief technology officer of Zhejiang Shanghai high-tech Energy Co. , Ltd. a national high-level talent, a chair professor of Suzhou University. In 1995, Biying Huang graduated from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctorate in science. In 1996, he worked as a researcher at Ansaldo energy company in Italy, and from 1996 to 2001, he did postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
